Booking now locks the fixed price shown at the time of reservation, so later changes in tariffs have no effect on a confirmed booking. Prices include tolls, parking and up to 60 minutes of free waiting for airport arrivals, giving complete peace of mind for any journey across Belgrade or to other Serbian cities. Plans often shift, yet flexibility remains built in. The date and time of any transfer can be adjusted directly from the booking or the Meet Transfer app right up to the scheduled pickup without creating a new reservation. If an address or even the destination city needs to change, the request can be submitted through the same booking; the team confirms the revised price first and only the difference is charged if the new total is higher. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup, which means reserving early for 2027 carries minimal risk. Flight monitoring, meet and greet in the arrivals hall and round-the-clock support stay available for every booking, while eligible round trips receive 15 percent off the return leg and payment can be split 50 percent online with the balance paid in cash to the driver where offered.

Parking

Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport offers comprehensive parking solutions for short-term and long-term visitors across designated facilities near the passenger complex. Options include express drop-off/pick-up lanes adjacent to the main terminal, multi-level garage parking for hourly short stays, and secure surface lots for extended parking. Clearly marked pay stations accepting local currency and cards are available before returning to vehicles. While terminal parking is convenient for brief visits, pre-booking a MeetTransfer service eliminates parking fees, navigating busy multi-level garages, and carrying heavy bags across lot surfaces after a flight.

Arrival & customs tips

Upon arrival at Belgrade Airport, non-EU and EU travelers clear border control before entering baggage reclaim. Ensure your passport is valid for at least three months beyond your planned stay. Serbia maintains standard customs channels: Green ("Nothing to Declare") and Red ("Goods to Declare"). Currency exceeding 10,000 EUR (or equivalent) must be declared upon entry. After retrieving luggage, follow the exit signs to the public arrivals lobby. Pre-booking a private transfer with MeetTransfer ensures your driver tracks flight delays, allowing ample time to clear passport inspection and customs comfortably.
